Ness has an exceptional track record of orchestrating a diverse range of events & projects, from stadium conferences hosting over 2,000 attendees to intimate three-day retreats for 20 participants—and everything in between. Her expertise spans concerts, fundraising events, conferences, camps, workshops, retreats and artist tours.

How it all started…

The Early Years
Born in Te Puke, Ness grew up on a farm before embarking on a journey of global experiences with her whānau through YWAM, which shaped her adaptable and collaborative nature.
1995
Early Leadership Roots
In East Auckland, Ness honed her organisational skills by supporting her dad in running holiday programmes and camps for kids—a foundation for her event management expertise.
1998
Youth Worker and Emerging Event Manager
As a youth worker with YFC, Ness began managing impactful events, including the final Summer Harvest camps, solidifying her passion for creating meaningful experiences.
2003
Learning the Ropes of Fundraising
For eight years, Ness supported two NZ hip hop dance crews as their Manager, helping them exceed fundraising goals to represent New Zealand at international competitions.
2008
Stakeholder Relationship Development
As Sponsorship Manager for Duffy Books in Homes, a national literacy charity, Ness mastered the art of stakeholder engagement and building quality relationships.
2011
Artist & Tour Management
For three years, Ness managed the music business of a touring band based in Australia, organising album projects and international tours through Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines.
