About the kaupapa
Te Paipera Tapu, the Māori Audio Bible, is a three-year project by Bible Society New Zealand, Te Wānanga Ihorangi and the Christian Broadcasting Association to record all 66 books of the Māori Bible, celebrating each milestone from the Gospels onward as a step in the revitalisation of te reo Māori.
