Future of Health Forum
I was the New Zealand Women in Medicine Charitable Trust's point of contact for the Future of Health Forum. A Wellington event management company handled the bulk of the production, and I managed the stakeholders and ran comms from the Trust's side, so everyone stayed on the same page and the room could stay focused on the thinking.

About the kaupapa
The forum brought together more than 80 clinicians, policymakers, academics, economists, advocates and people with lived experience of the health system to help shape a long-term, bipartisan vision for the future of health in Aotearoa. Speakers included Sir Ashley Bloomfield.
